Shipping information

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. We ship throughout Austria and Germany (flat-rate shipping charges apply).

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should this not be the case, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition and with all tags intact. Please contact us at office@kunsthandel-pichler.at to obtain a return slip.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or the delivery was incorrect. Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed using the original payment method.
